I have been battling pudendal neuralgia (from complications during child birth). Last year I had a horrific flair and have been in physical therapy weekly for a year, on pain suppositories, and had two procedures to try an relax the muscles around the nerve and the pelvic floor. I had 2 different physical therapists suggest dry needling, so I finally decided to go see an acupuncturist. When I searched dry needling he was listed with rave reviews.
