A worker name Vanessa, took my order make mw wait 20 minutes and when I asked another person they said she didn't place the order 😒 😑 🙄 never going there again

Horrible!! I came in at 7:25pm and a worker named Vanessa informed me that she wasn’t able to help me because she was leaving early. I asked pavilions manager if that was allowed and he proceeded to call her. She did not inform her management that she was closing early and turned off all the machines before 8pm. This experience was not only extremely unprofessional but a huge inconvenience. I love Starbucks but I do not recommend this location to anyone looking for late coffee.
