Coordinated a drop off/pickup for a resupply box while hiking the PA Wilds. I spoke with Tom, the owner, on the phone and he eagerly asked about my trip. When I arrived two weeks later, he greeted me and asked how my hike was going, and even shared some of his tales from camping in the Wilds. Tom was behind the counter unpacking ice cream cones when I walked in. Every staff member was beyond friendly. A gem of a store in a very remote area! It's hard to expect great customer service so far from "normal" civilization, but Tom and co. run this store phenomenally. The selection of flies was almost overwhelming (in the best way). I'll make a stop every time I'm in the area!

Sandwiches are the best! I recommend the Italian fully loaded. If gas wasn't $5 a gallon I would drive up this weekend.

A unique store with a little of everything you need when on vacation in the mountains, food, groceries souvenirs, fishing license and gear, Getting ice cream is a yearly family tradition for us! Friendly staff. New owners carrying on the good service that the Wolf's had.
