Hadn't been able to eat dinner yet and went in at 10pm very hungry. Ordered a burger with extra cheese, but when it came out the cheese was cold. Asked why, they said that they only heat up the burger. No problem, but when I asked if they could warm up the cheese for this occasion, the employee stared blankly before muttering something rude under her breath to her coworker and not helping. I said nevermind, I'll just put it in the microwave when I get home in 25 minutes since she wouldn't do the same in the store. Stopped at McDonald's after I left and will not be returning to this Wawa or getting the burger from any Wawa again.

Online order experience was great. Only had to wait a few minutes for several sandwiches and other food items. People were friendly at the food counter and the Gobbler bowl was terrific. I was surprised how delicious it was. The only issue was that they forgot the cranberry sauce. Overall, great experience!

Very, very dirty with apathetic employees. I stopped eating here after witnessing an employee use her gloved hand to assist a customer with the touch screen, and return to making a sandwich without washing her hands or changing her gloves. My spouse stopped eating here after witnessing an employee cut herself, acknowledge out loud to another employee that she cut herself, and continue preparing food. Enter at your own peril.

Who doesn't love a Wawa?! Great milkshakes and coffee. Subs are OK but don't compare to a good sub shop. Breakfast sandwiches and hash browns can't be beat. I've always found the employees to be pleasant at this Hockessin location.
