Management changes hands so much it will give you whiplash. Maintenance orders go ignored because “someone didn’t fill it out right” we’ve lived here over two years and can’t get our issues fixed at all. Now we can’t run any water or use the bathroom with a 5 month old baby in the house and two parents who need to use the bathroom, eat, and shower. Our floor is duct taped because the 5 layers of sticker flooring has peeled back in the entrance and it rips anywhere you set furniture. Meanwhile vacant homes are being updated and renovated constantly. Seems like new tenants who equally don’t stay long, are more important than the ones that continue to put up with this place. I’ll be contacting a lawyer and planning our move. Would not recommend this place, even to someone I don’t like.

If I could give no stars I would. They don’t keep up on the places.the landscape crew didnt do a good job,and they blow leafs by our gate so you can’t open you’re gate. They painted the houses but the paint crew didn’t pick up after them self and made my back yard a total mess! They didn’t do a good job keeping up on the inside of the house like making sure door frames are intact and base boards are hammered in. I’m shocked that the houses are even up to Code. I have had problem after problem with this place I do not recommend anyone to live here due to paying $1,175 a month with no up keep on anything. All in all just stay away, there’s better places you can go that actually keep up on things and have a better running staff.
