I stopped going to Golden Nails . . . . but I couldn't remember why? One day before my vacation my new place Hot Nails had a wait list of one hour. I decided to go back to Golden Nails. Now I remember . . . . they don't use cuticle remover, nor do they place any type of treatment to the spa water. The oldest sister who is the owner did my new full acrylic set. My nails looked like stubs on a manikin, she never once asked if I liked them. walked away. I was so upset with myself for waiting until the last minute I paid and ran out. Oh and at one point the owner wanted to charge me 2.00 for testing a color. Clearly they nickle and dime their clients. I brought my own polish, they don't use cuticle remover said it wasn't necessary? How much cheaper can they be. Golden? obviously they do not know the definition of "Golden".
