I am a Subway fanatic! Been eating at Subway almost since they started! Some are better than others, but all are good. The one on this visit gets a high rating. The one thing I can complain about with all Subway stores is how stingy they are with the SPINACH! TERRIBLE!!!! They like to put that junkie iceberg lettuce on the sandwiches! I get wraps, but, the issue still exists!!!!!!

Online ordered a sandwich, yes, I did ask for extra mayo on my sandwich but this is ridiculous, this seemed vindictive. When I called to get it fixed the phone sounded like it went to a fax number and then when I called again it was "busy." when I went in, with my full sandwich, not even a bite taken out, asking for them to remake it she said, "if you have the receipt I can remake it for you." I literally picked this sandwich up, took it home (5 minutes away) opened it up and drove back up there immediately. She acted like she was not willing to remake it for me, when they literally just asked me to sign for it to take home the first time. I went to pull my online receipt up and she decided she couldn't get around it anymore and said she could go ahead and make it...the other girl also came back and asked me what was wrong with it and I told her that when I asked for extra mayonnaise on it, I didn't mean on the outside of my sandwich...I COULD NOT EVEN PICK THIS SANDWICH UP WITHOUT MAKING A COMPLETE MESS OF EVERYTHING! Very disgusting and disappointing.

We travel through Sullivan 20+ times a year and need lunch. We are usually towing our boat, so drive through is out of the question. We were so glad to find a lunch place that we could actually go into and eat! The Subway we used to go to was always out of something we wanted so had quit going to it. We loved our sandwiches and you had everything we wanted!

The tables were pretty dirty for as slow as this place was and the employees were not the friendliest they seem like they really dont like there job!
