Brought my engagement ring here and was told it would be finished “in about a week”. Called them in about one week to see if it was ready and they said “if it’s not done at the end of this week it will be done at the beginning of next week”. I called again at the beginning of the next week and the lady told me that she “had not idea when it would be ready” and thought our conversation was over! I continued to ask what that is supposed to mean??? And she started to tell me that my ring was in a batch before the ones the guy was currently working on. If I knew it would take this long I would’ve kept my ring that is too big and worn it until they said they were ready. Instead… as a newly engaged person I had no ring while I was telling people about my engagement. As I was frustrated the lady then told me the jeweler’s wife is sick and he took the day off to be with her. I get that but when she started using it just to end the conversation that’s when I knew I should’ve taken my ring somewhere else two weeks ago. So, I’ll be picking it up at taking it somewhere else. I’m not mad. Just disappointed. -Karen

Just know I will never ever go back! I won’t even go into the store to pick up our rings! Bought and paid for! I’ve spent about $100 in gas just to be disappointed ☹️ news flash! You don’t get out of doing people wrong with an apology! The customer is always right and just so you know when you have to close your doors, we gave you a fair chance! My blood is boiling! You really need to satisfy your customers or give it up! I should have listened to ALL of my friends and family who’ve had horrible experience’s! Then I actually got to see it for myself! A very upset customer. You don’t care! If you’re looking for an inexpensive bridal set, do yourself a favor an go to Fred Meyers! This place is bad mojo!!
