This is a place that feels like home, whether you're staying for a weekend or months. Super clean secure park. Never had a single problem in the time I've been here and the management is the best. Thank you so much to all my neighbors!!! I'll be so sad when it's time to adventure on.

Friendly, helpful staff! Good WiFi. I didn’t use the bathrooms, so I can’t comment on them. Some freeway noise, but not bad. A lot of full timers. This place was fine for one night, but the sites are very tight. Ours didn’t have a place on the side to hangout and we couldn’t put our awning out. Ended up parking our tow vehicle on the road outside the park, so we could set up some chairs. We had 4 adults and two teenagers and this doubled the regular fee with the extra adults.

We only used electricity only and it was $40 a night. They told us they had inside showers and Wi-Fi. Turned out the Wi-Fi I wasn't enough to operate any kind of streaming. We wanted use our Amazon Fire stick to watch Netflix could not do it. Try to use the showers they were for only 5 minutes. We got there they told us they had to put us in a longer back in Stall so it was going to be additional $4 because the one they had for $40 still occupied. So we paid $44 a night. Packed in like sardines, reason we were there because my wife had to have surgery on her leg it was close to the hospital.

We were told the trailer has to be 2007 or newer,yes 50 amp and rent just depends on how many people you have ,we have 2 adults and one teen and we pay 500.00 and power is NOT include they charge 15.00 dollars to check the meter then your bill ours is about 130.00 when it's cold.But it is a safe place to live she does make sure of that. When I spoke with mgr less than a month ago he said there was a waiting list, but.... If ur a traveling nurse with a gig here that can bump u up the list. Gotta call the Office & ask either way 😉

Unfortunately the guest that has left the feedback was ejected from my park due to violating Park policies and also non payment. To answer your question above my park does have full hook up, wifi throughout the park and nice clean restrooms. I'm not sure how much the deposit would be. I know it's not much. Yes it is pet friendly and even have 2 dog walks. Hope this helps.

Full hook-up (water, electricity, sewer & cable) are included in price. Price dependant on type of site you choose, drive thru or back in and how long you stay.
