This is such a great lake! Went here for my first time over this last weekend and I can't wait to go back. I want to hike the trail around it and just see more of it. So beautiful and peaceful out here and great place to bring your family and friends. Get out and enjoy yourselves some water💯

Nice short road bike path, around 3.7 miles one way. I did a few laps to get a good workout in. Next time I will check out the water options. A lot of mosquitoes were reported around the water.

This lake was so warm, we went about 3 weeks ago. We also went fishing. Didn't catch anything, but there were a few people fishing further down the trail and they were catching a lot of something! Kids can swim. Places to bbq and sit. Shaded and sunny!

I have not seen fireworks here before. Usually it's banned here
There is a board walk but people are usually there jumping in the water scaring any fish. There are a few areas right along the perimeter of the lake but you'll have to walk along a slightly steep rock face. I'd recommend caution since there is most likely broken glass and sharp rocks so be sure to use appropriate footwear.
