My last experience over a year ago was not good at this specific location. However this time I have no complaints it was honestly great. The food was perfect. Probably the best cheese steak I’ve ever had. The employees were all really nice and helpful as well. I will definitely return to this location.

The cashier was a young man with curly hair and he was the liveliest thing about this location. The location was clean. Parking was plentiful. There was no ambience when we went. No music - just the sounds of the exhaust hoods and the grill. They worked methodically and we received the wrong order (which you don’t really know until you get home). I think it’s a busy location. The food is always hot. The fries were hot and salted. I just felt like the employees were burnt out and I feel badly for them if so. It doesn’t always pay to be in the food industry.

Service at this location is always terrible! Only one person actually working while the other 2 joke around while there's a long line. Ordered online and still waited 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Facility not very clean but the 2 workers looked worse...they must've picked the dirtiest clothes they could find. Sandwiches were decent except the bread had to be a couple days old already cause it was so hard I almost couldn't eat it. This is why I don't go there often...I think it'll be better next time but it never is.

I called to place a pick up order and someone picked the phone up and drop it to the floor while he continued to talk with his employees. I tried calling again three times and all I got was a rapid busy signal. I drove up to just order it and wait for them to make it, but the manager told me that his two employees were jerks and that they were on break and I’d have to wait until they were done eating and playing with their cell phones. The restaurant was filthy as well. I just told him I would never be back because that place has always been a dump and I wouldn’t be back. There were no other customers in the store either.
