As much as the one star I should’ve gave it a 0. My experience here was just the worst. I had my hopes of getting a meal here, Tuesday 5/24/22 I went to this location in Jerome 2785 S Lincoln Ave through the drive thru at 10:40pm (location closes @11) A female proceeded to greet me & let me know she would be with me in a moment, I said thank you & literally waited there until 10:50 & I said “Hello” & nobody answered me so I waited until it was 10:55 & I just got frustrated that nobody acknowledged that I was there so I left because I know once the clock hits 11:00 they will obviously tell me “sorry we’re closed” That was pretty rude of them to treat customers like that.

The bag I received had a hole, my fries all hit the floor when I was getting out my car. Make sure your bags are okay beforing giving them out to customers. I have a feeling it was on purpose too, I didn't do or say anything to the staff. I Just placed my order and paid without saying much.

Consistent food and nice, clean interior. Employee who took my order (purple hair, face paint) didn't say a word while taking my order which definitely threw me off. I don't expect people to be excited and animated all the time at their job, but a little communication would've been nice!
