Negative stars, but 1 is least amount itll let me use. All over the building and website, clearly states Pharmacy closes at 6pm during the week. Showed up today at 550, pharmacy completely locked down and Pharmacy staff leaving the building. Was basically told "they do as they please". So much for Poor customer service , except the 1 gentleman, in this department in this store. He actually cares. Wish the entire dept were in it for the care of people.

Try calling Walgreens. They really don't want to talk to you. 15 different questions, press this, press that, why do you want to speak with the pharmacy, hang up if you're done.

This is the only pharmacy I will go to they are always nice and get the medicine ready very fast. The line is usually no more than 3 ppl an it take all of 5 min if that to get threw the line. When I go to Walmart in milan for my grandparents it could take u 45min to an hour to wait in line. The only issue I ever have with this pharmacy is no matter when u got in line when 1:30p hits they don't care they will tell u to come back at 2 p which gets a frustrating especially if u got there at 1:25p after spending all day in a doctors office. I get they have to eat but they need a better system there was 4 ppl infront me she told everyone to leave except 1.

I visited this Walgreens 4 weeks ago to get a flu shot. Tri care services was down. Left info for pharmacist (QUINTO) His name. Said would call , NEVER DID! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. THOSR PEOPLE ARE A DISCRACE TO WALGREES. Got my shot at fast pace, no questions. Walgreens is terrible in McKenzie!°!!!
