For those of you that are new in the last 2 or 3 months, be aware & protect your spirit. There are 2 ladies that left reviews after my review & they both have stakes in that church & even 1 out of those 2 praticley runs the church & everyone who has an office position. As a matter of fact, IMO, the only ppl voted into position would never be in position unless she approves it behind close doors. Just recently a friend that is still a member was voted into office while I was there but since, according to her, they tricked her & gave her postion to the same lady that had it for years & it wasn't even election time. *FIRST KEEP THIS IN THE BACK OF YOUR MIND... NO PASTOR HAS THE RIGHT TO PUT HIS HANDS ON YOU OUT OF LUST OR OUT OF ANGER. Feel free to join us ar fUMC in Paris,Tn.

This church has nothing to offer and doesn't appear to try. As long as they keep Pastor Hasz then I believe they'll never improve but it may be too late to be saved after because it's become lazy.

We oy have 1 service a week. We have 2 teens that are suppose to be in Confirmatiom but we no longer have those classes available. Our pastor does not perform adult confirmation for new members. Nor does he fulfill his duties any longer as serving communion to the shut-ins or the sick. He does not come in to provide spiritual counsel for someone in need. He's more in a hurry to get out after his only sevice. There's a big turnover in most of the board members, eventually they leave on their own or some have left because of unresolved conflicts.
