I just read a police report and watched the video of someone who intended to return clothes to this H&M, but they didn't make it in because they were robbed and carjacked immediately after parking in the parking garage! Hopefully management will do something to step up security. This is not the first time this has happened in this garage!

I just had a very bad experience at this shop. I chose gifts for a friend from the kids section in the “Buy 2 get 1 Free” selection. Along with other items my basket reached a total of about 155$. When we got at the desk the person there didn’t even dare say hello as she just kept chatting with a colleague next to her. When I handed the items to the cashier I told her specifically that there was 3 items in the special promotion. So we paid and then realized that we paid for the 3rd item which was supposed to be in the promotion. And when I told the cashier she said that it wasn’t on promotion as there was no tag... and all she asked is if I wanted a refund... I said yes but all I would like to have is the 3rd item for free. I had to go get another one myself as she didn’t care at all and I was clearly annoying her. And then was so rude to me. No wonder why retail in shops is going down versus e-shopping. Customers don’t seem to be a priority in this shop and just basic polite behavior either. By the way I worked in fashion retail for the past 10 years... SAD.

The service clerk in the dressing room was rude. Instead of explaining why she couldn't allow certain rooms to be used she just said," no you're in this one, no you're items are in this room. Then aggressively pointed to the room & when I tried to explain why I wanted a larger room she just put her hands up and ignored my comment in a dismissal manner. Overall, the service was bad checking out was extremely slow and most of the clothes didn't fit right or the tailoring was off. I will go to H&M again but just not this location.
