The morning staff here are awesome. It is the highlight of my run to stop at this Starbucks and I really appreciate how nice they are given that they are always busy when we come in. Thank you morning staff!

I’ve been on a work trip and coming here every day for almost 2 weeks now, the service has been awesome until now. I usually get my starbucks in the morning, however today I got off of work early and decided that I needed another coffee for the day. I went to the drive thru, the wait was long and everything was fine until it was my turn to get my drink. They got my drink wrong and the guy said it was my fault that I didn’t order it right, they the second drink came out in a small cup, I said I ordered venti and the guy again said I did not mention the size of the cup and he told his peers that “this fool didn’t order it right”, I told him not to call me names, he said he would knock me out, I said okay fine I’ll move on and he said “oh now you are scared?”. One of his peer took over, and gave me my drink, and I went on my way. I figured he was having a bad day since the drive thru looked pretty busy, but he should not bring all that attitude to work, I did not act like I was a god and did not ask him to treat me like a god, but please do not threaten to knock your customers out. I’m from Texas! Other than that, I’d still be coming here every day.

Michelle is great and always friendly. I love her upbeat personality and she knows how to make my drink. My drink is always made just the right way. This is a convenient location to my work for a long 12 hr shift this is my go to location

I came here in the morning for something delicious to drink and a croissant bacon egg sandwich. When you walk in the place it's very relaxed, laid back, and very comfortable. I went to go order my things and the lady was just staring right through me and didn't even say hello or good morning. She just stared through me and looked miserable. I ordered my food and she looked like it was a burden to take my order. I went inside because the drive-thru was so long. But then after I finally got my order taken, it took 15 minutes to get my order. By the time I got my order, they messed my coffee and my chai tea latte. Then they remade my chai tea latte and gave me my sandwiches, and I drove on my way to class. When I opened the bag to eat my sandwich, they had given me the completely wrong sandwich. It was not a croissant. The sandwich tasted horrible, not fresh at all. I couldn't go back because I was going to be late to class. So I started drinking my chai tea latte; and it was no froth to it. It was horrible and flat, tasted like water with flavor in it. I was so aggravated because I love Starbucks and have never had an issue with the other ones that I go to so far. I will only go back to this one if I need to on my way to work or class. Other than that, from this one time of trying to grab a simple drink and sandwich, it was not worth going to or paying the money for the food or drink. I wasted my valuable time and money and will not be going back unless I absolutely need to, or if I want to give them a chance and see if they do better.
