Took my 21 Grand Cherokee in to be looked at. The experience started out great. The service specialist helping me was great, communication throughout the day was amazing. When I showed up they get my car for me. The passenger side was covered in mud, I just washed it the day before so when I dropped it off it was spotless. When I dropped the car off I did a walk around with the service specialist to align on the fact that my car was in excellent condition, no scratches or dents. The service specialist even commented on how clean the car was. Back to picking up the car, I asked why it was muddy (not sure where they even found the mud considering it’s been 90 plus degrees for at least a week with no rain for a couple months) and the specialist tells me well the tech was trying to replicate the clunking noise coming from the passenger side front-end so crossed over the white line into mud. Which doesn’t make sense because when I dropped the car off I explained the situations where I heard the noise (turning to the right at speeds under 30 going into driveways or where there was a change in elevation) so that didn’t make any sense but the mud will wash off. I do a walk around to ensure no scratches or dings, upon further inspection the passenger mirror is scuffed up. So they take it back and buff out the mirror, bring it back and down play the scratches saying they tech probably just hid a twig then telling me they got them all out. While yes the scuff was mostly out the scratches in the plastic are still visible. Do not recommend this dealership or service department unless you like scratches on your vehicle and then want them to downplay the fact that they screwed up. Terrible experience, do not recommend to anyone.

I Dropped off my 98 TJ on 5-16-22, (a scheduled appointment) for an oil change, check engine light and a new purchase inspection. After having to call Jim the service advisor 3 separate times, I picked up my Jeep TJ on 5-26 because they hadn’t done 1 thing to it! Kept telling me they were getting to it. Then It took them 1/2 an hour to find it. Here I thought taking my newly purchased Jeep to a dealership I would get good service. WRONG!!! I will never step foot on this property again! (Gresham Dodge/Jeep)

The folks in the service department were friendly, professional and fast. They made quick work of replacing the oil cooler in my Promaster. Jim was wonderful to work with, he kept me well informed and was able to warranty the parts and labor for me. Car problems are never fun but they made the repairs as fast and painless as possible. I’m very impressed with the service at the Gresham location.

Gresham Dodge was also the only local dealership that had all of the 2021 Jeep models including the Jeep Wrangler Sahara available for test drive! I can't wait to get my new Jeep (my second Wrangler Sahara Unlimited). I'm grateful for such a positive experience!
