Michael took great care in the drive-thru to get orders through quickly. We got all our food timely and it’s the first correctly cooked cheese roll up with melted cheese I’ve had in years!

Decided to go to Taco Bell last night walked through the door right behind two other guys about 9:10 one of the girls in uniform ran up to me and my co-worker and said we couldn’t place our take out because the dining room was closed but let the men in front of us dine in??? I looked at her confused and all she did was look at them and shrug her shoulders and locked the door behind us. So I waited in the DT for 30-40 minutes and they tell me there freeze machine is down? I’m in town visited and was really hungry after a 10 hour shift and I’ll never be coming back here. I work as a manager in fast food and would never let my employees treat customers like that.

Went thru drive thru and ordered a craving pack and wanted the one tacos to have tomatoes and sour cream added. I paid the up charge for this. Just to get the wrong order. When I went back to have it corrected the manger was absolutely rude and caused a scene. I don’t suggest the t bell in Jasper indiana at all. A 1 star rating is to much.

Most of the time I go here, it takes forever to get my order and there is always something wrong with it. Rarely is there ever fast service and correct orders.
