I'm really actually quite disappointed... I take part in their MVP Pro loyalty program and I have a Lowe's card and all that jazz. Around last winter, lumber quality was only slightly higher than the other big orange big tool store that I shall not name, but anyway... I ordered some basic 2x8 white fur and some pressure treated 2x6's. I had it sitting in a wood warehouse at 55-60% humidity and about 60-75F temps for about 6 months. I had to return it though because I didn't need it. So I went to return them, and the pro-desk inspected them, signed off on them and was ready to take them back, but I was slightly over 6 months since purchase, and because I forgot to use my rewards card for that particular order, instead of getting a 1 year return, it was the discretion of the "returns person" at the desk whether or not to give me a return. She refused to give me a return. Not only that, but she even refused to give me store credit. I thought that was really messed up. I was literally going to turn around and just buy something else. I brought the wood back 17 miles, loaded and unloaded and loaded again, I thought that was really screwed up... the wood was in the exact same shape I bought it in originally. These were literally the best pieces of wood when I purchased them, I sifted through all the garbage lumber, like 1 of every 5. On top of that, a lot of times they don't have the products in stock that I need. I had a hell of a time finding insulation once, among other things, missing some pex adapters, variants of piping and a lot of plumbing hardware, other basics, et cetera. They listed that they had a whole ton of it on their website, but when I get there 5 minutes later, it's all gone. It wasn't off by a minor count either... They're really batting 1000 with me lately. I think I'm going to be spending more at the other big orange store instead of big blue.

I had given three stars a year ago. This chain just doesn't care rude people. I don't know not my department as they just keep going by. Can't purchase carpet associate says it's broke. Is it true or did I ask for something he didn't want to do. It's really ok with me my money can happily end up in a CUSTOMER caring store. Kindness goes a long long way. Hopefully I can give more stars on future necessary visit.( I'll have to need the item bad)
