I mean, I already knew LBC was terrific! I've been buying my pet's food/treats/toys etc... there for years. Yesterday, however, I stopped into the Rockland store to learn more about CBD chews for my dog. My veterinarian recommended CBD treats for my senior pup's arthritis, and I knew it meant a trip to LBC. Stacy was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the product and easily answered all of my questions. Going in, I knew barely anything about CBD/Hemp treats for dogs, and I left feeling confident and ready to give some to my pup! Thank you so much Stacy! Additionally, Stacy ensured I knew there was a money-back guarantee for the treats. My dog is a picky treat eater who turns her nose at the strangest things. Should you choose to shop in-store, please note the following precautions we are taking for when you visit us: Masks are required to shop in-store. We are limited to the number of customers we can have in the store at one time and that number varies by store - please know if we are at capacity, you may need to wait outside. For every dollar spent at any LBC location, one point is accrued. After 250 points, you earn a $10.00 gift certificate – good for anything in store! These credits work in any of our locations and are stored in the computer under your account, so there is nothing to hang on to and nothing to lose! Program Rules Credit is redeemable only on purchases from Loyal Biscuit Co. You must spend at least $10.00 to use the credit. You can save the credit if you wish, but points do expire after 12 months. You can only use one $10 credit at a time. Credits have no cash value. Credits are earned on the pre-tax total of your purchase. Credit is NOT earned on the Self-Serve Dog Wash, as baths have a frequent bather program, nor can credit be redeemed on dog washes.
