Long wait to only receive cold food. Been here multiple times and my order is messed up every single time or they just forget something all together.

I went through drive up and ordered a bacon mcdouble with mustard only. I got it with ketchup and onions on it even though the tag said mustard only! Should have been simple for them but apparently not!

This is 1 of 2 worst McDonald's around the workers are rude the order is almost always wrong they almost always don't have coffee products and the ice cream machine is out of order individually however if you like a long wait for the wrong order with cold food this is your place skip Pontiac il McDonald's its the same for great service hot food and A++service go to dwight il. The service was slow, there was a line of 4 people with one register open at 12:45p, and they shut the only open register to swap our drawers. The bathroom was dirty, and most of the drink dispensers on their one drink machine were broken spraying drinks all over your hands while dispensing.
