Had a very in welcome greeting, seems as though the women up front didn’t want to be there, I then explained this is my first time getting breakfast and she turned her back on me I’m assuming so I could look at the menu above. Because I was not getting an assistance regarding menu option I just quickly picked the first thing on the breakfast menus Chepottle chicken avocado wrap which had avocado on the final bit… definitely not returning here every again. Unfriendly staff and not helpful. Did not enjoy my dine in experience and will not return.

Me and my family always liked Panera Bread. The reason I am here to review is because of the attentive, kind hearted, and respectful employees like Robin. I came in to dine with my 3 small children on 6/21 around noon and Robin greeted us with warm smile from the door also the cashier. She was following up with us asking as if we needed help; generally she made us feel important and seen. Employees like her should be recognized and appreciated by the company as they are a reason for us to come back.

I don’t write reviews often but the experience I had with this location was wonderful! Lydia and Billy Jean went above and beyond for a large catering order I put in the morning of, which didn’t leave them much time. Everything was packaged perfectly and beautifully organized. It was ready when I picked it up. I will definitely be doing more catering events with them.

Not very happy with this Panera. When I received my order in the drive thru, I noticed that it was missing one of the entrees that I asked for. So I went into the store and let them know I was missing an item, to which they responded, "yeah, sorry we actually ran out of that item." So basically they were hoping that I didn't notice I didn't get it? Why wouldn't they tell me that they ran out of it instead of giving me all my other food? Communication goes a long way.
