Staff was upset I had to order at the window due to not hearing anyone at the speaker bc of the storm . I apologized for the inconvenience. I was not given a drink carrier for 3 drinks - given 2 bbq sauces for 15 chicken tenders & gave cashier my coupon for the order and still paid full price . If it was going to be a big deal to give poor service then just have me pull forward or something else . I was very friendly and thanked them multiple times . Just sad everything is such an inconvenience to people anymore .

Professional staff. Extremely friendly. When I drove up through the drive-through the Lady thanked me for choosing KFC and took my order. I was able to go through quickly and another woman handed me my food and told me to have a good rest of my day. It wasn’t your usual robotic greetings… even smiles seemed authentic!

Horrible service and drive thru only Update service continues to be horrible the other kfcs in the area are open for dine in. This store state that they are but the doors are lock. I have a trailer on my truck that I work with everyday I can fit in your drive thru and standing there in your drive thru will it’s raining just isn’t going to happen.

I got food poisoning from here yesterday.. The chicken was not cooked all the way or something.. About an hour after consuming the food I puked for the rest of the day smh
