Every Morning I come to Dunkin, majority of the times the staff lock the doors to inside only making drive thru available , even though it says open they have everything locked . For us truck drivers , it is very annoying when this happens because we cannot go through the drive through in the truck so please fix this I’m tired of not knowing when they will have the doors locked or not

If I could give 0 stars I would. When they gave me my large shake with Mint and snickers mixed I happened to take a quick glance at it and not help but see a long floating black hair inside my drink. That is appalling. This place should be turned in to the board of health.

Placed an online order. My boyfriend picked up the order and his coffee was made wrong, I told him to go back through because I have a receipt that shows how the coffee is to be made. The lady at the window told him that what he was asking for isn’t how we ordered it, but I clearly have the order history. we got 50 munchkins and they’re all dried up and hard. I tried to call the store but they never answer. Their business has been so bad lately
