My order was ready on time and hot but it was horribly made. I had the parmesan bread bites and what I got was a box full of grease. Extremely disappointed. Don't go to this Domino's

Drivers can't follow drop off directions. Gave a tip so they can drop off at my back door and it's supposed to be contactless as well and they came to my front door. What's the point then to tip drivers in advance if they can't even read simple instructions. And then they get mad when customers don't want to tip them.

They never follow directions. I have to go to other locations except Dolton all because they won't square cut my pizza even though I put that in the instructions. They're stingy with their cheese. And yes my pizza is overly well done. I said normal bake not crispy crust. I swear I don't understand how simple things are so different for them.

Special Thoughts

I went to the Dixmoor location recently and will never go back !!!!! There not a clean establishment. The manager on duty had her kids running in and out of the area were the pizza's were being prepared ( and to make it's so bad she didn't nor any of her kids had a mask on!!!! ) Then when I got my pizzas they had so much oil on them and was under cooked!!! Look there's plenty of other dominoes pizza you can go to my advice . DONT!!! Go to this one!!!
