The first steers we brought here were cut to order and packaged well the meat was very lean consistent with the way they were raised. The second time our three steers were brought the Hamburg was the fattiest Angus burgers we have ever had. The color of steaks was very different from prime cuts to rib steaks which were supper fatty and chewy for a steer. The packaging was not done as well as the 2 times before. Numurous steaks and roasts did not stay sealed. The cattle we brought here were raised the same way, but the meat returned to us was not consistent with any Angus we have raised in the past!!!!! Would not recommend Kens if you expect to get your same meat back.
