Prices are excellent at this time of extra incompetent commie government. The store is not very large but it has a variety of high-quality lower-cost items you don't find in other grocery stores. Cheese for example: Brie, camembert, gorgonzola, gouda, goat and others at lower prices. I'm a cheese expert and confirm Aldi Brie and Camembert are equal to top Danish or French cheeses. Many imports are from out of the ordinary places.. I have been buying a $9 red wine at Aldis that was $24 in Chicago 3 years ago. I'm not going to tell you which it is or where its from because I won't be able to get it any more. Danish cookies. Canadian waffles, German Frozen deserts. Wild caught NW Atlantic COD filets. NE pacific salmon.. This is the best, for less! They have just rearranged the store and added many new things. The new layout is fast and I can zoom in and out in a third of the time I would spend in Meijers. Bring a quarter. I also bring insulated multi-'use grocery bags or have an insulated picnic cooler in the trunk so it doesn't thaw out.
