My experience wasn’t as good. I placed in online order got there the lady told me all they had were Hi-c and lemonade and everything was down. Got all the way home and realized they didn’t even put my 6 piece wing in the box very upsetting!

One word: PITIFUL!!!! This location USED to be good (2~3yrs ago). It’s barely a ghost of a former self… Anyway, this is a SECOND time I’m placing the same order (20 traditional wings + fries) in the last three weeks. BOTH times, the on-line estimate said “16~21 min”. BOTH times the food was still cooking when I arrived (after giving them gracious 30min mind you) and waited additional 15~20min. That’s almost an hour wait for a “take-out” food. As to the food itself, it was probably the biggest disappointment of the whole experience. Out of 20 wings, I feel I got maybe, MAYBE 10 wings worth of food. Both times (again two weeks apart) ALL the wings were overcooked. Each wing had a layer of dry and tasteless meet encapsulating it, making it very unfulfilling meal… And the fries were even wore deal; I got an equivalent of McD’s regular fry for almost $5 bucks!!! And barely ANY seasoning on it… Ohh yeah, let’s not forget the most watered-down ranch dressing I’ve ever tasted that was $1.50…!!! The whole meal was almost $30…. I feel ROBBED… I highly recommend NOT to order from this location. You’d be better off getting wings from Papa John’s!!!!

Wow. Experience is the right word. Whoever does the hiring here should be fired. I defy you to try to eat here after 9pm. You can do it but you'll need unlimited time and a sense of humor to survive. I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order to be told it was accidentally given to someone else but they were remaking it now. Eventually get my order get to the car only to find its wrong. Go back in to return it and have it remade. So I was there a bit and witnessed 3 other orders be brought back in for being not correct and as I was leaving (the 2nd time) saw a Doordash driver get told unfortunately we gave your order to someone else. I also got to see the "manager" show up and get behind the counter wearing only a sports bra and looking HIGH AF. I mean Sam Perkins from the NBA had his eyes open wider when he was tired than this lady, who was dressed like she was showing up for cheer practice, had at work. All that being said the food was surprisingly great, 3rd time's the charm. It really is great example to come in here and see exactly how not to run a restaurant. Perhaps someone should buy this place and make it a comedy club because it's a straight joke right now.

We were there to pick up an online order on 3/18/22. Terrible service. They could not get a single order right. Ppl would pick up their bag and would come right back because they would mess up their order. The place was filthy, garbage piled up, cleaning with the same dirty rag over and over, floors were slippery and the wait time for online orders was LONG. If you order from there CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE WALKING OUT. The sad thing about getting someone's order wrong is they will throw the entire bag of food away. Yes I know they have to do this because the food left the restaurant but its a waste due to preventable carelessness ! It happened 2xs within the time I was there. I can only imagine how often this happens. Wasted food and money. Our fries were soaked in grease. Dripping and just thrown in our bag. Flipped all over. This place is mismanaged, dirty and we won't be back!

Questions & Answers

I should run this business with 100 percent ownership cause the employees work harder to keep this business than the owners. Although the staff was short handed and busy...they kept amazing composure and have excellent customer service.
