The store is well organized, clean and stocked. They seem to have lots of discounts and sales, but the original prices are reasonable to begin with, so it's possible to get a few items without breaking the bank. The checkout reminded me of Marshall's because they have some knickknacks along the aisles and snacks near the register. We ended up getting a pack of socks and a pack of candy somewhat on impulse, but it was fun.

Careful guyz. Tried to fool me on buy one another 50% off. At register the lady trying to give 50% off on clearance stuff. When I bought two pairs each pair price cost $49 and another also the same price. But the lady trying to give 50% on my clearance stuff which was in $14 clearance price if she do 50% in $14 final price will be $7. Also, I was carrying coupons of $60. I made bill of $200 and above. When i shown i have coupons valid from april/10 which was yesterday. Suddenly, they are lying as we accept only $10 coupons at this moment. May i know why? I said can u show me where it’s written on coupons? Manager reads that coupon back and she is saying sorry sir, we won’t accept it. Making mind from her own and saying sorry. I said take ur stuff back and don’t fool to other customers like giving coupons and next time when we go they accept on limited base only. Fyi, my coupons are valid. #oldnavy. #coupons #niles

I never take the time to type out a review but this time I feel like I should. I understand that Old Navy employees are just doing their job but they need to be more considerate of their customers desire to shop in peace without unwanted attention. I found it very uncomfortable being watched constantly as if I was about to steal. This is incredibly discouraging for any potential desire to shop at their store.

I like the Niles Old Navy better than the one in Harwood Heights - clean, organized, always good stuff in clearance. Good quality men's jeans and I love their women's sweaters. Their sunglasses are very sturdy, too.
