Produce department always disappoints! Bag of small Yellow Onions were old, two onions rotten inside. Bell Peppers hit and miss..good mixed with rotting. Strawberries with mold. Canned or Boxed products are the only reason to hit up Winco!

Don't forget anything here!!! You will never see it again.... Employees are so RUDE!!!!! If they don't want to listen to you they will just hang up the phone on you and will continue to do so with all incoming calls. The manger Derek is nice. But that's all they have going for them. I love WinCo. But not this one. They think it's ok to throw a resuable bag of bought groceries away.... So we were out groceries and a nice reusable big bag. Wasn't mad until we got hung up on multiple times!!! I have worked customer service before. I get it stuff happens. But you should NEVER TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!!! There shift leads are so beyond rude. Lie to your face and love hanging up the phones on you and lying about it later. Had to call corporate on them due to their lack of customer service skills, and because they wouldn't answer the phone, just kept hanging it up. Had to go in, in person to talk to a manager. Because they all refused to give the phone to a manager, and decided hanging up the phone multiple times would make this issue go away. Not only this, but they will cut food boxes when stocking shelves so products are open and or spilling. Fruit never last from here. I have seen the fruit and veggies rotting on the shelves. I get we are small town and we stuck with this store. But I'll drive somewhere else, rather than deal with this place. Unfortunately, will not be back.

Lots of good buys and fun stuff to choose from. The downsides were that the employees were very unfriendly and about half of the store wasn’t wearing a mask. They do not try and enforce the masks one bit here, very disappointing and not safe at all.
