I love the delivery service, very professional and very considerate when they are out of stock of things, they will call you. Whenever I am in the northeast Baltimore area, I will be getting my wine and liquor from here.

Excellent customer service! If something isn't right they will correct it. Be patient and speak to people with respect. I've been ordering from them since the pandemic. The app can be better so hopefully they are working on it. Friendly and courteous service.

Just a really good store with really great service! They have an awesome app in which you interface with an actual person, in the store, in that moment. Momma need her weekend wine and forgot to get on her day errands? This is your place.

Delivery service is great, no complaints. Not really enthused about the ton of email updates about an app which I will never download or care about, also not really enthused by the buggy website which goes directly to "check out" whenever you add something to the cart, and which clearrs the cart if you try to go back and add additional items. I guess the website is okay if you only want to order one or more of a single particular item.
