My iPhone 8 went completely dead. Took it to the Apple store but they advised me to get a new phone since the device was 3 years old but I had a lot of pictures that were not saved to the cloud. One of the Apple technicians told me to take it to Tekkies to see if they can help with the device. I was glad he suggested them. I was greeted immediately by an associate at Tekkies and they diagnosed the issue and fixed my phone by replacing the battery. They went above and beyond to help me to get all my data backed up as well. I really appreciate their customer service and expertise.

I have had my screen for my Galaxy s10 plus fixed here before and they did an excellent job.I took a chromebook in today and it wasn't worth salvaging, but they recycled it for me. I will use this repair business for all of my electronics that need repair or recycling.

I came in with a challenging laptop issue and Brian was very patient and persistent to get the issue resolved. He had to order special parts and made sure the job was completed by when we needed the laptop. I appreciated being explained everything and notified through out the process.
