My Chicago family (Rob and Sammy) took us here. This is an awesome place to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Very family friendly and the servers were so good! I will be back here when I visit Chicago again.

The food was good as usual, no issue there. The issue was with the service. One of the worst waitresses I’ve had anywhere. Surprisingly it was not crowded, so there was absolutely no reason for the bad service. There were about 5 waitresses working. This was the second time in a row I had the same waitress, both times the same horrible service. I like Simon’s have been coming here for many years, but if the bad service continues not worth coming to.

Very nice place with nice staff. Breakfast was delicious. Very large servings for a good price. They were pretty busy, but you wouldn't even be able to tell with how quick they were.

We had a wonderful time at Simon's celebrating our son's 3rd birthday before heading to a nearby indoor kids park. The service was fantastic! Everyone enjoyed their breakfast and were very happy to enjoy a nice meal before playtime. We are glad we chose to eat at Simon's rather than being limited to 2 slices of pizza which is all our next stop was offering. As a business owner myself, I love supporting other small businesses, especially for the personalized experience that restaurant chains are often unable to provide. Highly recommend Simon's!
