Took 16 minutes after they printed the receipt and handed it to me for get my food. My mcflurry was melted and they messed up my order. I called, and the manager sounded like she was 16 and couldn't care less. She did tell me that I could come back and reorder though. Worst fast-food experience in a while.

This McDonald’s is ALWAYS an issue, I’ve waited 30 minutes for one McChicken before with only 4 cars in front of me. When it’s busy don’t even bother trying, it’ll turn into a 30 car pile up. And it’s not even a lack of staff either, they’ll have a full staff working yet each order takes 20 minutes… is there a dance party going on inside? But the worst thing is when I pulled to the drive through today and they straight up refused to even speak to me, I pulled up to the speaker and it was silence. Looked to the right of me and they were continuing to let other cars order and get into line, so I start asking if anyone is there, no one… so I decide to go back around and try the speaker that was taking everyone else’s order and then it happens again.. no one speaking to me. Either they need brand new staff who know what they’re doing, or something. Because this is by far the worst McDonald’s staff I’ve seen.

This McDonald's blows and has no customer service. Fast food?? Not this place. Drive thru super slow, you see employees not even trying to move faster, the person that charges you is just on her phone not helping her co-workers. Woodale location is the move, thank me later.
