My dad took my daughter to get donuts as a treat. They left around 6 am to grab some from this location expecting fresh donuts. Instead, the donuts he brought home tasted like they were two days old and had been sitting out for at least a day. Additionally they gave us the wrong donuts instead of saying they didn’t carry the apple cinnamon kind (they gave us apple fritters instead). When my father called to complain, the person who answered the phone refused to listen to his complaints and told him to be quiet, argued that the donuts were fresh (they really weren’t - I’ve had fresh donuts from other locations), offered him more stale donuts to “make it right”(how is more bad product going to fix anything?), and then hung up on him.

WHO RUNS THIS STORE? YOU HAVE THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE, THE LITTLE BOY IN THE DRIVE THRU NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND GET SOME HOME TRAINING BEFORE HE COMES OUT IN SOCIETY AND ACTS LIKE A LITTLE BRAT. THE OWNER/ MANAGER SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED, LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS!! GET IT TOGETHER OVER THERE!!

These children working at this location need to be trained on how to communicate with customers, or in general. I’ve had a flat white coffee at other Dunkin’ locations. I asked for one to be told rudely, this isn’t Starbucks. A simple, “I’m sorry we don’t have that drink at this location” would have sufficed. This location always gets orders wrong and are rude. It had been a while since I came to this location because of this. I should have just gone somewhere else.

I usually try to avoid this location but it's next to my house and sometimes I don't pass another one. The orders are frequently wrong, the service is slow. This most recent and will be the last time I ordered 2 toasted bagels shortly before 6 am. I had to wait 5 min (though only 1 car behind me and nobody inside) for 2 untoasted, stale, hard, smashed bagels.
