I had completed a survey for papa johns after having a frustrating experience where an instruction I mentioned was not followed. (I said to leave the pizza uncut because, as a vegetarian, I was concerned the cutter would have touched meat.) I was surprised to see the outcome! Someone from this location reached out to me directly, provided insight that was very helpful (apparently a separate cutter is used for non-meat pizzas!,) and offered a promo code for a new order. I appreciated the way this was handled and how the team went above and beyond to assuage my concerns, and to offer something to make the whole experience better. Thanks, Keri!

We had the 2 topping buy 2 for 5.99 each. Both pizzas, the pepperoni & mushroom and the Canadian Bacon and pineapple were excellent. Will return.

Terrible! Placed a delivery order, pizza showed up late and completely trashed. Pizza looked like it was placed on its side. It was smashed.

Ordered through UberEats. Specified "well done" on my order, apparently this is "well done" in Papa John's eyes. Plus it wasn't very tasty. Probably won't be ordering from here unless I have no other options.
