He resized all my rings from my family set and they came back secretly crooked and thinned to the point the band would snap. They all had to be replated. When I got the rings, they were perfect, no issues with the bands or anything. Mark not only messed one up, but all of them and there was 7 rings total. Despite the other reviews, go as your own discretion. I know the area is super small and not many choices when it comes to jewelers and many other amenities, but this is what could happen.
