Great service and clean office but unbelievably expensive. Make sure you order and pay for an actual copy of a marriage license. They charge 66-68 for license plus 28 for ceremony. Plus an additional 17 for a copy of your marriage license.

First off, you need patience. Only then will you succeed. I needed to get a copy of the deed to my home. I called and navigated through the automated phone system. Ended up speaking to Sarah who walked me through the entire process. I'm very happy..

I received very courteous and professional service at the Laguna Woods County Recorder’s Office. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant; and I was done in 10 minutes to record a Change of Title. My only disappointment was that I heard their office will be moving soon from the lovely Spanish architecture building! Also, not having to drive to Santa Ana was a much appreciated benefit!

Extremely Helpful, Friendly people. I Was Extreamly surprised , I was able to walk out with my boys Birth certificate that day. I assumed they'd be mailed. That was sure one less stress. As those documents being mailed would take time . It was fast and easy Only thing that took time was remembering information, with 5 kids Took me a minute to address correct date . Im getting older and memory Is testing me . Ha Ha . Otherwise it went beyond my expectations.

Yes, you should. The form that you need depends on how your names read on title. You should go to an attorney or paralegal for them to prepare the right document. You will also need a certified copy of his death certificate.

I got married there in term of a licence issued by Tom Daly. I filed a copy of my South African divorce decree. Is it possible to obtain a copy of that document? The date of my remarriage there was 28 March 2003.
You can go to county clerk office, but check to see if you can start paperwork online that way you are no waiting long. The Laguna office is very fast and the people there are fun and helpful. Good luck
Hello Joani, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, our department does not file divorce documents.
