This McDonald's is very clean. The staff are nice but I do warn you, expect to use the screens to do the ordering because they are very busy during the rush. If you are uncomfortable with ordering with the screen I suggest you use the drive through.

It never fails if I go to this McDonald’s I’m treated like bottom of the barrel if THEY did something wrong and I call them out. I ordered a mobile order for curbside pickup, they forgot my fries. Of course I give a call and they say “oh yea we realized it as soon as you drove off “ great. I go to pickup my fries and it’s suggested that I come in to get my fries that they forgot to give in my curbside pickup order. I requested a receipt and was NOT able to obtain one for whatever reason. I then asked to order a sprite so that I may have a receipt to leave a review as this happens a bit much too often and a MANAGER comes in while a cashier was going to check me out and tells her “no she can go buy her sprite elsewhere.” She’s absolutely right and I did, but what I will NOT allow is to be treated like trash because YOU messed up my order. I did not get my receipt, nor a simple apology for the inconvenience and I’ll be sure to get the word out about this Manager lady because this is NOT the first time.

We got to the order sign at 10:58 am the lunch menu was up on the screen. I ordered a lunch item. The lady tells me they are not serving lunch. I tell her the screen is showing lunch she says the screen is acting up. I asked what time they serve breakfast until she says 1030 I responded with but it's 1058 she says 10:30 on week days. It's 11 am on the weekends. It is now 11 but she is still refusing to take an order for lunch food. I said by the time I would get to the window it is past breakfast time. She says sorry we can't serve lunch yet. I will not be returning until they have better training on how to read a clock or how to fix their sign.

This is my local McDonald's and I don't go there very often. Most of the staff that work here are pretty nice and I don't have any issues with that. However today the person who was taking the money at the drive-thru wasn't wearing any gloves and only a chin diaper... Everyone else seem to be wearing the appropriate equipment. This is primarily the reason why I don't go there very often... Ticket says no cheese and what does this thing have on it? Cheese! Very disappointing as usual. See you in another 12 months maybe you'll get it right then.
