The worse place you can go. As soon as you enter, the place smelled very bad with a strong chemical oder that made us nauseous. The place is understaffed and that means that rock climbing is closed. There are birthday parties so the dodge ball area was closed as well. The admin was horrible when I asked them to address these and they were in able to resolve the matter. It was not disclosed up front that these attractions were not available which would have affected our decision to stay.

Last week I went here. What a terrible trip for the kids. Staff was nowhere to be found and the blonde hair girl (i think the manager) was awful when we asked for her help. Sitting behind the counter gossiping and swearing before I walked up to her and ask for help. She had a pisspoor attitude as if I ruined her day by stopping the conversation she was having. Idk who runs this place, but it REALLY needs to be re-staffed

There for a party and the kids had great fun! But customer service could have used a little improvement. While waiting on food, rep finished cleaning the Soda machine even though my food was ready.

Very cool jump house! Tons of stuff to do, joist pit, stunt bag, dodge ball, basketball, and all with trampoline floors. Only downside is seems a bit pricey, bit the quality compared to others like it is much nicer.o can't give it a five star because I haven't gotten to jump yet.... Will update when I do.

Yes, you will have to pay for anyone who goes in the trampolines. They let my wife wear a different color wrist band to watch our 1.5yr old, the different color indicated she was not allowed to jump.

No, they don't sell slime. You can buy slime at Michael's, which is just across the parking lot. I'm pretty sure Rockin' Jump will not allow you to bring slime in their gym area. Have fun!
