This hotel met below expectations for the price I paid to stay there. The hotel’s foyer is beautiful & outside is gorgeous! That being said, the room itself was tiny. The bed was very small & uncomfortable. The TV remote was no where to be found until we were about the leave and I found it under the bed. Behind the TV super dusty & gross. The sink in the bathroom was small and would barely hold anything. The shower head sucked & barely spit out water. The shower also leaked from the hose to the shower head. There was no mini fridge/ microwave in the room. Housekeeping only comes when you ask for them. Towels were small & thin. And to top it all off I was charged $15.12 but the property hasn’t gotten back to me with why. Definitely would not recommend. Save your money & spend it on somewhere with better quality.

Very clean, very quite, and very comfortable. We dined at Brumley's in the hotel and it was great too. The location is perfect for antique shops and quite walks after dinner. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and the front counter staff were awesome. Our only negative thoughts were the bed made noise everytime you moved or sat on it. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay in Historic Greeneville, TN. We were only here for a night. Great location downtown in a historic building. Warps you into the past. The rooms are unique with fire place, molding, wallpaper, etc. service was good 😌. We had everything we needed. I would pay a little more for a place like this than new, commodity style hotels.

What a beautiful hotel in the downtown area of a nice small town. We absolutely loved our stay here and this historic, magnificently restored hotel was a real treat as we were passing through Tennessee. Would love to return if our travel route ever allows it.
