Are you kidding? Possibly the worst run Gov't. Dept.! This Westminster office had long lines OUTSIDE, (due to Covid) but staff lacked any procedural knowledge regarding processing certain paperwork online...They do not educate their staff with workshops on basic DMV questions: changing your address/ applying for a real ID/ re-newing registration.. Some functions can be facilitated online through the DMV portal. Due to Covid, MORE functions should be allowed to be processed online, offsetting wait times and safe-guarding the public! 4hrours later...! Still at the DMV

Wow. The most efficient DMV, the most friendly DMV, The best DMV I have ever used. And I have used many in Southern California. I expected to take hours. It took 45 minutes total( I preregistered online. and you can even self check in and get a number.. way faster than last time in santa ana with appointment (DL replacement) Way to go.. this DMV should be the model for the rest

Yes ask for K4 a history of your individual dmv record printout. It should still be a $5 fee for the printout.
