I have a very harrasing neighbor from upstair and some how are whaching us and we notice it . we have no privacy and one of the guys had made dead threats to me .i notify the office if any case he made his treaths real. Is there some help

U would have to make a police report ..that's all u can do .try to record him w the threats

Not acceptong application at this moment.. I waiting 3 yrs from momment i applied to when i got called
Since the waiting list is closed. Will it reopen for this that applied in 2010?
