Just left staples and had such an amazing experience this morning. The manager David is amazing! He gave me so much information that I had no clue Staples offered. I just want to show my appreciation to him and his staff! They are all amazing and provide the best customer service!

The people who work at printing section are very rude. A few times, I have needed help with the self service kiosk and 3 different people were rude and acted like I was bothering them- just to ask a few questions . One lady said I could have gone to library instead; I understand making copies doesn’t cost much- but would think Staples would appreciate any money, and I chose to go to that location. Was going to shop after making copies; but after she made that comment, I left.

I came to staples yesterday and they were swamped at the printing and marketing desk. The lady behind the counter was polite and professional even though you could see she was drowning. She told me my my files wouldn’t be done until tomorrow so I sent my files and information and left. I arrive this morning and they were not printed and Marvin explained that they weren’t sent as attachments so it would take some time to print. Time is one thing I do t have today :( I tried to print from the customer machines but the files were not printing properly. Even though I could tell he too was swamped he asked how I sent the files and helped me send them differently. They still needed to be resized but he took the time and printed them within 40 minutes. I told him I wanted to hug him and he LET me!! I am so grateful to him for his kindness, calm demeanor, patience and professionalism. He could have just told he can’t help me but he took the time to make it happen! I am so grateful to him!

They had a fax machine when I needed it. It was quick and convenient. Tried to sell me a credit card.

The covid practices are rather prevalent. They had sanitizer at the vestibule for customer usage. They also had contactless credit card readers.
