I have only lived here for about a month, so I may update my review upon further residency. Here are my thoughts so far: Pros: Beautiful area. I love driving back to my apartment. There are sidewalks for strolls and streetlights so you can see and I love that there is plenty of grassy area for the kids to play. Even though you’re close to town, it doesn’t feel like it. Spacious apartments. This bedrooms are very spacious and fit my needs perfectly with 2 children. I have a 2 bedroom and although space is always a struggle with 2 kids sharing a room…they still have Plenty of floor space for their needs. Great Maintence team. They always respond quickly even when a concern is marked low importance. Management is super friendly and accommodating. All of my major concerns were addressed before move in, including replacing the carpet. I had never experienced this before. Easy application process. Friendly neighbors. The pool obviously, which we haven’t gotten to use yet due to it being winter. The gym. Cons: All the light switches are really oddly placed in some spots. This is hard to explain unless you’ve seen it. Further, there aren’t many ceiling lights and I found that to be strange as well. Closet doors are stiff and hung crooked making them hard to open. Walls, floors and ceilings are extremely thin so you hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. My ceiling/my upstairs neighbors floor squeaks so much when they walk that it just about drives me nuts when I’m watching tv or trying to nap on the couch. I constantly hear dogs running, dogs barking, neighbors talking, doors slamming, etc. This is the biggest caveat about living here and is something to consider. Stairs and walkways aren’t kept very clean. Carpet is not laid well. It’s loose, which makes it hard to vacuum and there is a slope from my hallway to my living room, where 2 different carpet pads were used. Could use a playground. Overall, I have mixed emotions about living here after being really excited to move in. I will update this post when I have been living here longer.

Have lived in the complex for a week. Application process was simple. Rental office staff is friendly and assisted with all we needed. Work orders were submitted when we did our walk through inspection and maintenance made repairs within 72 hours of moving in. Units are very spacious and clean. First night we had a car window broken out and car searched, but nothing stolen. There were also 7 other vehicles broken into the same night. Police and staff assured us that was unusual and complex was safe and quiet. Units are a little dated with brass hardware and no ceiling lights in the bedrooms, which was a small additional move in cost to purchase lamps. Unit across the hall from ours had hundreds of cigarette butts on the patio and landscaping area, has since been cleaned up and looks much better. Overall 3 star experience so far, would have given 5 if it wasn’t for the break in and curb appeal of the neighbors patio.

My family has lived in a two bedroom unit at Arlington Park for almost two years. The office staff has always been friendly and courteous whenever we call with any issues. The neighborhood/complex is family and pet friendly. Great sidewalks to take walks with the family in nice weather. We enjoyed both pools in the summer. We had minor maintenance issues, such as doors not properly closing. But other than that, our overall experience has been great and we would recommend this apartment community to others looking for a nice place to stay!

My husband and I love living here. The neighborhood is quiet. We have a gym on site and a pool that’s great to take the kids to in the summer time. Maintenance is quick and process is easy. Best neighbourhood we’ve lived in thus far.
