The only regret I have is that I didn't try this place years before I passed by it a hundred times wondered about it I had my little Mexican eatery I ate that and also my ethnic Mexican restaurant I eat at where it's mostly Mexican people and you have to speak broken English haha but this place is fantastic! I did tourist Mexican dish the Mexican Cooks prepare for gringos this time. which I don't do very often but had the chicken chimichanga both times. Chicken was very moist the chimichanga was fried perfectly nice and soft with a little crisp on the outside. The margarita was spot on the service was wonderful with a smile the little girl in there she would have passed for Mexican but she told me she was Arabic cute as hell and did a great job. The second time we had a Mexican lady but the service was fantastic the owner very friendly asked us how everything was as we left it's a small place the prices are wonderful I can't wait to try the carnitas and probably the chili colorado and the shrimp cocktail next time. It's close to home which makes it a hit. No authentic true Mexican dishes like menudo or lengua in salsa rojo. But I understand that because of their location. But I highly recommend this place for a good cocktail and a quick bite at a very reasonable price.

Parking lot was full, came inside and the place was empty. Obviously they were at the restaurant next-door. Worst service, wrong order. Food tasted horrible. I went to pay and he overcharged me nine dollars to which I brought to his attention. The waitress had gotten the order wrong and I told him that, his response was that’s not my problem. I cannot believe the service or lack there of. No wonder the place is empty.Not ever coming here again.

Our favorite Knoxville Mexican restaurant. Food is authentic and cooked to order. Management is always there. Service is good. We frequent at least every other week

This will be the LAST time we EVER eat here. We called in our order, they didn’t even start our order until after my husband payed for the order, so another 10-15 waiting at the place on top of already waiting 10 minutes before leaving the house. $23 and we got the food home and this was all that was in the To go container? I mean seriously? Not worth the $23. They can barely put no more than 2 spoons of rice and chicken in there? Very disappointed…this used to be our go to in town Mexican restaurant…not any more.
