Delivery for Doordash, on the app it says to pull into mobile parking so I did waited a few minutes no response, when calling the store they don't answer. I walked inside, 10 employees behind the counter, not one person greeted me nor helped me, as they all starred. Stood there a few mins then I spoke up an said I had a doordash order, he asked for the name, I told him then I asked him for future reference what is the the standard pickup he shrugged his shoulders. Sigh... I told him what the app says, still didn't get a answer. Then I said do you want me to wait or go wait in the car, he said yeah I'll bring it out. Can't understand why people have jobs that you can clearly sense that none of them don't want to be there nor help the customers. Something has got to change, if that's a new crew including management then it needs to be done because it's hurting businesses!

Stop by Wendy’s at Emory. Ordered a son of a bacon Nader with only bacon and cheese. Received my order drove to work the burger has ketchup and mayonnaise on it. Call the store to let the manager know in which the person who answered the phone responds hey can you deal with this as if I am inconvenient. Manager gets on the phone explain to her what happened. Her excuse was we have new people what do you want me to do about it. As a manager I think you would want to know if there’s a problem in your store and you should think the person calling to let you know that it is incorrect.

When I went through the drive-thru my order was taken the order taker was pleasant getting to the window I requested no ice for my sensitive teeth there was ice in my drink however I try not to complain but the person taking my money was obnoxious loud and very ghetto I can be too when I'm hanging out with friends but it's not very professional

I’ve never had too many problems at this Wendy’s however today when I drove up there was an employee parking around the back by the drive-through she came out of her car and threw a fast food cup out the door of her car onto the ground in the parking lot (see picture) I told the manager of the store however I don’t think she did anything because it appeared that she went around the corner and talk to the girl who littered and they were kind of laughing about it. The photo is of the car the girl came out of she was an employee at that restaurant there is a fine for littering and she should be fined
