This place is forever linked to our kid’s growing up experience. We went there when our car was getting detailed next door, we got donuts on the way to Lufkin most Friday mornings, and there was always a run to Dunkin when someone just needed to chat.

Little things: Forgot to put straws in the bag with a two coffee order Big things: 930 on a Sunday morning and the coffee rolls were very stale, seemed a day at least old. Donut seemed fresh but had a strange taste. Last visit here. I'd rather pre packaged for a quick breakfast.

Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, waited, and it was cold as ice when I unwrapped it, which was within minutes. The Boston Cream donuts had hardly any custard, though the coffee was good, I will not be revisiting. The experience was disappointing.

I would have given no stars if it were an option because of the terrible customer service. Went today to get a bagel and I asked them to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel instead of just one side. They put so much cream cheese it looked like they were trying to put fondant on a 7-layer cake. Get it together DD Updated review: it’s been 3 years since the last time I reviewed this location. I learned not to ask for any special options and just take things as they are. Today I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. No special instructions. I got a sliced but not toasted everything bagel with a thin layer of cream cheese on ALMOST one side of the bagel. I also ordered a bagel for my friend and got the wrong type of bagel. I just can’t win with these guys. A lot more has happened in between but if you can’t trust DD to give you a decent bagel, who can you trust?
