Great park with nicely sized parking lot and bathroom facilities. I totally felt safe there leaving my car for an hour when I went to walk around nearby Parsippany lake as they have plenty of security camera around and the park is frequented by the local police as well

It has some paths, but not around the entire lake. Some parts are paved, some are just paths in the dirt. It's not an official path. Some places you have to walk on the street to go around people's houses. The lake circumference is a little over 2 miles. Nice, flat suburban neighborhood.
