Not sure why this place has a 2.2 rating with 49 reviews. I am here every month for a large commercial deposit and find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Guess you'll have more haters regarding a bank, but I am happy with the service. Ken

Excellent Customer service. There's a staff who greets clients and directs them to the right services within the bank. I appreciate the agent - Ms Betty Perez who assisted me in opening new accounts. She was friendly and very professional. She took her time, explained my options and made it easy to setup my accounts. I had a very good experience with this branch.

Horrible place of business! Go to another location, unless you want to wait in this long line! I’m a business owner and there was nothing they could do for me. Manager suggested I use the ATM outside to make a $50k deposit! Management at its finest!
